Secure Shore and Bahamas Logistic aim to serve reputable and well regulated clients only.

Clients must read, understand and accept this AUP.
4.1 Secure Shore’s Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') is provided to give our customers and users a clear understanding of what Secure Shore expects of them while using the service. All users of Secure Shore’s Internet service, servers and colocation services must comply with this AUP. Use of any Secure Shore's service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Secure Shore’s AUP.
4.2 It is your responsibility to ensure your compliance with all applicable provisions of this AUP. If you have any comments or queries, or there is any provision that you do not understand, please feel free to email any enquiry to us at: secure@secureshore.cloud
4.3 We will investigate suspected or alleged breaches of this AUP and in doing so we will endeavor to act reasonably and fairly at all times. If you are found to have breached the Acceptable Use Policy Secure Shore reserves the right to take whatever action we deemed appropriate including suspending or canceling all services provided by Secure Shore’s. Secure Shore reserves the right to act in response to suspected, alleged, or confirmed breached of this AUP. Secure Shore also reserves the right to act without giving the customer notice. Secure Shore also reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its network to anyone.
4.4 Secure Shore serves the right to run automated, or manual scans of Customers Virtual Servers to check for Compliance with this AUP (e.g. scanning for open mail relays, or open proxy servers etc.).
4.5 Secure Shore shall not be held liable for any loss however occasioned as a result of the suspension, removal or unavailability of material hosted or facilitated on Secure Shore’s service.
4.6 If you wish to make a complaint with regard to this AUP, please ensure that you do so via email to secure@secureshore.cloud. If your complaint is in regards to email that you have received from a Secure Shore customer then please include the email with all email headers. If you are reporting abusive web content then please include the full URL that you are referring to. If you are reporting abusive access or port scanning of one of your machines then please enclose all relevant log files.
Specific Conditions
5 AUP Specific conditions
5.1.1 You must NOT publish, store, communicate, or make available any material, or perform activity which is illegal under BAHAMAS law.
5.1.2 Unauthorized access to a computer system is an offense under BAHAMAS law. You should be sure that you are authorized to access any machine before you access it.
5.1.3 You should also be careful not to post material which infringes others' copyright or could be considered defamatory as this is also an offense under BAHAMAS law.
5.1.4 Any type or classes of pornography or other adult content are also illegal under BAHAMAS law and it is strictly NOT permitted to be stored, transit and associated with client's equipment co-located at Secure Shore.
5.1.5 Threatening behavior or incitement to violence are likely to be illegal under law.
5.1.6 Commercial websites may be subject to the 'distance selling' laws in the Bahamas.
5.1.7 Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers, network addresses, or other identifying information is prohibited.
5.1.8 You may not run 'scanning' software which accesses remote machines or networks, or send packets or data to any machine which are deliberately constructed so as to adversely affect the remote machines or networks without the explicit permission of the owners of those remote machines or networks.
5.1.9 You may not probe Secure Shore’s network without written consent.
5.1.10 Use of the Secure Shore service to transmit unsolicited bulk e-mail, or Usenet messages, is expressly prohibited. Customers may be required to demonstrate that any email is solicited, and that they honor opt-out requests.
5.1.11 Double opt-in procedures where the email recipient has to respond to an initial email and confirm that they wish to receive email on an ongoing basis is required.
5.1.12 Your Server must be configured to prevent others exploiting it in a way that would breach the AUP. Among other things 'open proxy servers', and 'open mail relays' are explicitly prohibited under these terms.
5.1.13 Monitoring, or attempting to monitor, any data or traffic on any network or system without the authorization of the system owner is prohibited.
5.1.14 Sending bulk email, or any other type of communication in an attempt to exhaust any resource such as Disk space, memory, CPU capacity or network connectivity is prohibited.
5.1.15 Sending email or hosting content promoting financial scams such as 'Make Money Fast', 'Ponzi' or '419 advanced fee' scams is strictly prohibited as well as any financial illicit activity.
Responsibility on Contents
5.1.16 Customers are prohibited to host websites or services on their server that support spammers or botnets. Customers are also prohibited to host any site or service that causes any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various Spam or abuse Databases. Storing downloadable email address lists is also prohibited unless all the email address owners have consented to be on such a list.
5.1.17 You may not host malicious content such as worms, viruses, pre-packaged exploit code, or address harvesting software.
5.1.18 You are responsible for your web site, and must ensure that you have permission to host any copyrighted works.
5.1.19 You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your web site.
5.1.20 All personal information collected and stored must be processed in accordance with the Data protection act.
5.1.21 Any conduct or content that is likely to result in retaliation against the Secure Shore’s network, systems, employees, officers or other agents, including engaging in behavior that results in any server being the target of a denial of service attack (DoS) is prohibited.
5.1.22 Secure Shore reserves the right to remove servers or storage mediums hosting any content that we deem to be Highly Objectionable, or borderline illegal.
5.1.23 All software connection to other systems must conform to all relevant IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) standards, to minimize the chance harm being caused to remote systems by faulty data and protocols.
5.1.24 Secure Shore Limited reserves the right to revise this AUP on occasion and apply it immediately as it not possible to codify exactly what constitutes “acceptable use” and “unacceptable use”. Understanding of what is acceptable tends to be informal and evolve over time. As the internet is a collection of privately owned networks that interconnect by consent it is essential that Secure Shores maintains a good reputation for dealing with network abuse. A poor reputation could impair Secure Shore's ability to provide the highest quality service.
6 Special Offers
6.1.1 Special offers such as discount or credit is only to be used with Secure Shore.
6.1.2 Exchanging special offer benefits of any kind for cash is not allowed.
